COMPLAINT AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT REPORTING FORM

SunoSunao Audio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (SunoSunao) respects others’ copyrights and other intellectual property rights. To ensure that its apps are not in any way contributing to infringement of copyright due to uploading of unauthorised content by any third party, SunoSunao has established a transparent and user-friendly procedure to report unauthorised use of copyrighted content. This form is intended for exclusive use by copyright owner and/or their authorised agent and in case you are unsure about the nature of the infringing content, you are advised to seek legal assistance.

On receipt of a complaint through this duly filled form, SunoSunao, will remove the alleged infringed content and as an intermediary, will pass on the information you submit in this form to the user who allegedly violated your copyright/s. In case of receipt of a duly substantiated counter-notice from the user for reinstating the content the content will be put back and you will be duly informed. In case you misrepresent the content that is reported to be violating your copyright, you may be liable for damages, including costs & legal fees incurred by SunoSunao and/or its users. On third repeated copyright violation on the SunoSunao apps, the user shall be removed permanently.

I agree and acknowledge submitting this infringement report to SunoSunao for necessary action in compliance with the Information Technology Act 2000 (as amended), read with Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 and Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, United States of America. I further affirm that intentionally submitting misleading or otherwise fraudulent reports of infringement may lead to liability for damages.
